The cost of the OC policy required for SERMI certification is approximately 4000 PLN/year.

Chip tuning, disabling immobilizers, manipulating emissions/mileage readings, etc., disqualify from SERMI.

Approximate cost of liability insurance?

Illegal actions in the certification process?

No – the certificate is assigned to a specific company.

Possibility of transferring the certificate?

In a JDG, the owner is treated like an employee and can be authorized.

Authorization of the owner-president of a sole proprietorship?

No – the price of 3499 PLN is for a certificate for 1 person; each additional person requires an extra charge and must be specified in the form.

Is the business owner automatically authorized?
